School opens for pupils to be dropped off at drop-off/collection gates between 8:40 and 8:45 am.

Classrooms doors are closed at 8.45 am for the start of the school day.

Registration is at 8.45 am.

School finishes at 15:15. Children should be collected from their classroom door or collection gate.

Total school time is 32.5 hours per week. 

22 hours per week are spent on teaching.  This excludes registration and the daily act of collective worship. All pupils get a 1 hour lunchtime break and there is a short break mid-morning where children have the opportunity to have fruit and a drink.

Break times and lunch times are staggered between the year groups to minimise congestion on the playground and there is a separate play area for the Early Years classes.

Break times are supervised by teaching staff and midday supervisors.
